Yukinko refers to the practice of harvesting natural ice from frozen rivers and storing it in traditional icehouses called "kura." This centuries-old method was crucial before the advent of refrigeration, providing a reliable source of ice during the warmer months.
The Kura Glasses are handcrafted using the the experienced Japanese master EDO craftsman technique with more than 2 Centuries of expertise handed down from generation to generation.
